Features two firmly attached borosilicate glass bowls. Water heats in the lower chamber to create vapor pressure. The pressure forces the boiling water up to top bowl. The boiling water mixes with coffee grounds and then removed from heat. Vacuum pressure draws the brewed coffee downward and through the strainer. Vacuum/Siphon brewing method extracts all precious oils for flavored coffee. Sealed off so no aroma can escape. Brews within 5 to 11 minutes. Serves from 4 to 8 cups. Dishwasher safe.
